For an additional $150.00, you will recieve three (3) touch-ups within 12 months. No furniture will be moved on touch-ups. A 30-day notice is required on all return appointments. All return appointments are scheduled with a 2-hour window.

We will not be responsible for pre-existing damage - permanent stains, abuse, and flooding are NOT covered under this guarantee and may be an additional cost.

Move-outs may only use service to traffic areas and spot cleanings, or may pay a service charge of $104.95 to cover the entire original areas provided they are empty.
